Aroma - Candied Hazelnuts, Pastry Notes, Warm
Opens with candied hazelnuts. The dram is warm. Maple features but is by no means overpowering. There's a touch of cola leaf and cinnamon spice. Buttery pastry notes in the finish.

Palate - Sweet Baking Spices, Balanced
The palate has notes of hot chocolate, raspberry coulis, and bitter cherries on the top end. There's a syrupy unctuousness, burnt sugar, savoury cinnamon bark.

Finish - Cask Sweetness, Cocoa Powder
The finish is long, with persistent sweetness hemmed with cocoa powder, and tiramisu.
