Applewood Kakadu Plum Gin 500ml

The Kakadu Plum is one of the more celebrated indigenous botanicals and highlighted in the latest creation from the team at Applewood. This gin is highlighted by pear and anise myrtle with sweet spices and a decadent palate.

50ml kakadu plum gin
3 pear slices
10ml økar gold
20ml lime
20ml green tea syrup
3 drops vanilla extract

Muddle pear in a cocktail shaker. shake all ingredients. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with smoked geraldton wax.
