In 1896, Marcel Ott, originally from Alsace, discovered the enchanting Chateau de Selle in Taradeau, Provence. Limpid orange. Powerful, mineral-accented citrus pith, red berry and succulent floral and herb scents, along with a spicy nuance. Chewy and sharply focused in the mouth, offering concentrated strawberry, bitter cherry, blood orange, honeysuckle and smoky mineral qualities and a deeper peach pit flourish.
