      The Pol Roger Brut Rosé Vintage 2018 is a stunning example of craftsmanship, made only in exceptional years. This wine is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay, sourced from some of the finest vineyards in Champagne. To achieve its delicate, salmon-pink hue and aromatic profile, 15% of the Pinot Noir is vinified “en rouge” from selected vineyards, then added to the blend prior to secondary fermentation. This careful method gives the wine its signature colour and depth.

      A slow, cool fermentation at under 18°C ensures the purity of each variety, with full malolactic fermentation enhancing texture and complexity. The wine is then aged in deep, cool cellars, where the slow secondary fermentation occurs. This environment contributes to the champagne’s fine, persistent effervescence, a hallmark of the house. The wine is hand-riddled through remuage, a rare practice that ensures a well-integrated mousse and exceptional clarity.
