Unico Zelo Yuzu Vermouth 750ml

From our friends at Unico Zelo comes this uniquely Australian take on sweet vermouth. Brendan & Laura take Adelaide Hills Merlot, and Yuzu fruit to come up with this tasty little number. The Carters’ describe it thus - “We Made A Yuzu Vermouth! Try it over ice as an aperitif or in The Natty-Cano:
45ml Unico Yuzu
120ml Pet Nat 
15ml Red Bitter Liqueur 
Add ingredients to a tall glass. Fill with ice. Enjoy.
