    Pike & Joyce Buerre Bosc Pinot Gris 2019 is a medium green straw colour. It has a gentle nashi pear, stonefruit and pink grapefruit aroma. Maybe a little rose-like perfume as well. Subtle but very attractive - quite typical of our site. The palate is medium bodied and soft displaying the pear and grapefruit characters as well as some stony texture that adds a little structure and length to the wine. The Adelaide Hills region has proven to be well suited to growing Pinot Gris successfully over the years and this 17th release of the “Buerre Bosc” again underlines that suitability to Pike & Joyce site at Lenswood. This wine can be enjoyed now or saved for the next 2-3 years.
