Iniquity Batch 16 Single Malt Whisky 700ml

South Australian distillery Tin Shed are making some of the most interesting and character filled whiskies you’ll find. Cooperage selection is judicious and a lighter touch in the distillery makes the Inquity range worth seeking out. 

Iniquity Batch 16 Single Malt Whisky is a lighter, gentler Iniquity with just a hint of smoke.

This was vatted from six casks, ranging from two-to-four years old. The casks included American and French oak barrels that previously held port, sherry and red wine – plus a touch of peated whisky in an ex-bourbon cask.

So much fruit freshness on the palate; sour cherries, apricots, nectarines, mint and honey. The finish gives way to a leather and smoke feel with a hint of honey.
