Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin is produced by aging their American Dry Gin in new American Oak barrels for a minimum of three months. This aging process enhances the softer, rounder notes of the original spirit, introduces notes of caramel and whiskey, all without sacrificing the bolder juniper and pepper characters. The end result is something quite unique, with an amazingly complex and fragrant yet mellow gin. Our favourite way to enjoy this "sipping gin" is on the rocks with a twist of orange, or a sprig of rosemary.
