Among our products there are still and sparkling wines as well as grape distillates.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe distillation of freshly fermented grape marc is a discontinuous (batch) process and takes place in small copper stainless steel pot-stills. After distillation, the heart of the distillate is diluted with purified water and it ages in stainless steel tanks for at least 3 months to mellow down.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eColour: bright water-white \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNose: intense fruity aromas of bergamot, lemon and pear, floral notes of roses and herbal hints of mint. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePalate: smooth and aromatic with soft alcohol and a long minty finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt the distillery of the Tsililis family, near Meteora Rocks, Tsilili Tsipouro is produced from aromatic varieties and distilled in small copper-stainless steel pot stills. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCrystal-bright in appearance, with intense fruity aromas of citrus fruits like bergamot and lemon, white peach, floral notes of rose and herbal hints of mint.
