The Reverdy family have been in Maimbray for many generations with their current vineyards being planted in 1985. The Reverdy Terre de Maimbray Sancerre is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, with all grapes being hand harvested & farmed using organic principles. Wine of character with intense notes of white flowers and citrus fruits. The attack on the palate is lively, greedy and spicy. The mid-palate is energetic, balanced and the finish has a nice length. To be tasted rather young to appreciate the typicality of this Sancerre.
