Each year, Wilma would make Christmas puddings on Victoria Day while the rest of the family watched the races. So a couple of years ago, on Derby Day, Cam put some puds made to her recipe in the botanical basket of Wilma (Four Pillars' still) and distilled a gin. Cam was also working on a gin aged in Four Pillars' collection of 80-year-old muscat barrels. He decided to blend these together and add a tweak of classic Rutherglen Muscat. The result smells like Gin and tastes like Christmas. Sip straight over ice, simply mix with ginger ale or make a cracking Martinez. \u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eThis years artwork is by the incredibly talented painter Jane Reynolds. Jane's art is all about the relationship between colour, form, and light. The team at Four Pillars challenged Jane to come up with one of her signature hyper-real compositions that would celebrate the colour and iconography of Christmas.
