This remarkable property is in fact a single vineyard. Whole-bunch pressed, then cool-fermented in stainless steel, without malolactic conversion. Matured on fine lees for a few months and bottled in the February following vintage.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Côtes du Rhône Blanc by Château Mont-Redon from the Rhône Valley offers a bright, copper-gold colour in the glass. In the glass, this offers aromas of pomelo, peaches, black cherries, peach and mirabelles, complemented by other fruity nuances. On the palate, its starts wonderfully aromatic, fruity and balanced. On the tongue, this balanced white wine is characterized by an incredibly velvety and light texture. The finale inspires with beautiful reverberation.
