This region is well known for producing Cabernet Sauvignon with generosity, structure and distinctive dark-fruited character. Walter’s Reserve is crafted to show both varietal power and elegance, with deep Cabernet fruit supported by savoury complexity and finely defined tannins. Individual Cabernet Sauvignon parcels are fermented in open vats, allowing careful extraction of colour, flavour and structure. The wine is then matured in new French oak barrels for 22 months, building spice, polish and further complexity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAn additional period of bottle maturation before release helps the fruit, oak and tannins integrate more fully.
